“if you worry about the problems we face, look at the Face of Africa; an African child’s face is a lesson to be learnt from. Where there is often a smile and yet they have significantly less than we do, no access to public health, running or clean water and in a lot of cases no parents, made orphans from war or famine, or drought or disease and yet they still smile. So the next time you moan about not having this, not having that look at an African child’s face, the Face of Africa…we are lucky and yet fail to see this. So the next time you are complaining your chai latte or hot choclate is cold, think about it. We have everything we need.”

“Support and lack of support, encouragement and discouragement will always weed out the genuine from the not so genuine and visa-versa, from those who have moved on to those who choose to remain, those who believe in you and those who do not – harsh realities but true. Not everyone who befriends you believes in you, not everyone who smiles at you is a friend.

Choose carefully, if not time and life will choose for you.”

“If law makers and governments design laws and pass bills in their respective parliaments, or congresses to remove firearms and prevent the property owner from doing what they must to protect their property and give the criminals more protections than the property owners, they are a big part of the problem. If not a major proponent in the increase of criminal activity.

People should have the legal right to protect their property, themselves and their loved ones. And in those countries, where applicable maintain that right, at whatever cost.”

“We all owe it to ourselves to break any and all generational curses. One thing we need to remember is that we were born individuals. With our own bodily organs, our own bodily functions, we were born male or female. Even if we were born twins we were and always will be individuals.

We aren’t our father, we’re not our mother, we’re not our sibling, our aunt, uncle, grandmother, grandfather. We were born ourselves and it is important for us to break any generational curses. And to look inward at our individual, God gifted abilities helped along by mentors, intellectual or otherwise.

We owe that much to ourselves and anyone who comes into our life and shares it with us, it’s important for the kids we bring into this world or those that we take on as our own.

That’s not to say that we don’t love those that we are breaking the curses from, it just means we are healing for ourselves and future generations.”
